Yet another little figure. I seem to be in a sculpture mood this summer.
I appologize for the somewhat poor quality of these particular photos. Taking pictures of something this glossy is rather difficult. I might retake these after I get a decent figure-photographing setup going.
This is an original character of mine, Misoka. You might recognize her from a couple of Christmas cards I did a couple years ago; they're floating around in my gallery somewhere.
I made her with some kind of ceramic clay and painted her with underglazes, but she has no clear glaze on top. All that gloss is from the underglazes alone. I'm kind of wishing I didn't make her coloring so. . .primary now, but it's waaay too late to fix it.

If you want to change the colors, you can put a glaze over her and fire her again. It will probably be a mix of the 2 colors, obviously. At least, I do that to my ceramics and they turn out fine.
